The Food Trust offers partnership opportunities for businesses of all sizes. Our sponsors benefit from high visibility, targeted social marketing, media promotion and employee engagement volunteer opportunities. We work hand in hand with each of our corporate partners to design a customized package to meet your marketing goals. How we partner:
Sponsor Night Market Philadelphia
Night Market Philadelphia is a roving street food festival spotlighting Philly’s best restaurants and food trucks, up-and-coming neighborhoods and vibrant arts scene. Since 2010, The Food Trust's Night Market events have attracted hundreds of thousands of attendees, drawing local and national media attention.
Sponsor The Food Trust's Farmers Markets
The Food Trust manages a network of 22 Philadelphia farmers markets, stimulating economic development and providing fresh food access in neighborhoods across the city. We offer sponsorship opportunities at the city’s largest and most popular farmers markets; each season, more than 400,000 customers visit our markets.
Sponsor The Food Trust’s 25th Anniversary Celebration
2017 marks the 25th anniversary of our work to increase the availability and affordability of fresh, healthy food. On December 1, we’ll head to Reading Terminal Market—where we got our start back in 1992—for our 25th Anniversary Celebration. Proceeds from this special event will enable The Food Trust to continue providing healthy food and nutrition education to low-income children and families in Philadelphia and beyond.
Sponsor Uncorked for Kids
The Food Trust is honored to be a beneficiary of the region’s premier charity wine auction. Drawing food and wine lovers from Philadelphia and the suburbs, this one-of-a-kind event raises funds to support an innovative partnership between The Food Trust and Drueding Center to provide fresh and healthy food to homeless mothers with young children.
Make an EITC contribution
The Food Trust is eligible for corporate support through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. EITC gifts support two Food Trust programs: our Young Children's Nutrition Initiative, which gets young children in grades K to 3 off to a healthy start, and our HYPE (Healthy You. Positive Energy.) Youth Leadership Initiative, which engages youth as leaders in creating healthier schools and communities. EITC enables businesses to receive a generous tax credit for donations made to eligible nonprofits: a two-year commitment can earn your company tax credits equal to 90% of your contribution and a one-year commitment will earn tax credits equal to 75% of your contribution - up to a maximum of $750,000 per taxable year. Support The Food Trust through a cause marketing partnership
By aligning with The Food Trust through a cause marketing partnership, your company can demonstrate its commitment to our mission of bringing healthy food to all. We can work with you around messaging and help you determine the best contribution model for your company — whether you donate a percentage of sales or make a contribution per product sold.
